180t Y-Beam: The Flexible Powerhouse for Asymmetrical Heavy Loads
Maximum load capacity meets maximum flexibility: The 180t Y-Beam is the ideal solution for demanding lifting operations with asymmetrical load attachment points. The telescopic main arm and the two adjustable side arms allow precise adjustment to different rigging distances. Thanks to the defined angle setting of the side arms from 0° to 60°, the beam can be optimally adjusted to the respective component geometry.
Even Load Distribution Without Load Peaks: The Y-Beam with Three-Point Suspension
The Y-Beam is particularly proven in handling containers and tanks with side trunnions on one side and a central attachment point on the top at the other end. The three-point suspension ensures – with a suitable rigging configuration – an even load distribution across all strands. Compared to four-strand solutions, length differences and resulting load peaks are reliably avoided. A powerful, well-thought-out solution for heavy loads with complex geometry.
