How can I open a customer account with HLR?

Please send us your rental enquiry by email or telephone and we will send you a rental offer. If you would like to accept this offer, all you have to do is complete our new customer form. We will check your creditworthiness within one working day and then open your customer account with us.

You can also send in the completed new customer form with your enquiry to save time if necessary.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

If your company has a customer account with us, no deposit is required.

Can I rent something as a private individual?

We specialise in B2B business and do not rent to private individuals.

Can I also have the equipment delivered and collected?

We can also deliver our hire equipment to your desired address and collect it again on site. You will then pay a fee for transport by our haulage partner.

Are there costs for cleaning, repair and wear and tear?

All machines and equipment rented by you are clean and in good condition. We expect you to return the rented equipment equally clean and in good condition. If this is not the case, we may subsequently charge cleaning and/or repair costs.
